We follow the story of our teenage protagonist who is sent to her stepmother's house to stay with her boyfriend for the night. "You can stay the night, but if you don't mind letting your boyfriend go, I'll let you see all of your plans," the stepmother exclaims. She is deeply troubled by the situation, but her stepmother is determined to get her daughter back on her feet. And so, a full-blown confrontation arises - without any further discussion of her boyfriend's opinion.
