Big Tony (Jimmy Bud) works hard to make his pizza truck the success it is with his secret being great pepperoni. Known for some of the best pepperoni pizza, he works hard through his lunch rush and works late to get ready for tomorrow. His mistress, Lucy Mendez, comes around to visit at the end of the shift to get her slice of his pepperoni, and help give him some sexual release. But, today, unlike others, as Lucy and Big Tony go through their routine, the voice of Mariana Martix, his nagging and overbearing wife interrupts them. He finds himself torn between his tight young mistress and keeping his nagging wife from finding his secret.
